Please read these terms carefully before using our services

📜 CRX LOGISTICS – TERMS & CONDITIONS (JAMAICA)

By using the services of CRX Logistics, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms
All customers are deemed to have accepted these terms upon signing up, placing an order, or using our services.

2. Shipping & Handling
• CRX Logistics operates as a logistics provider coordinating shipments to Jamaica through our partnered warehouse facility.
• We work to ensure all shipments are processed and handled efficiently; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping schedules, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
• All shipments are subject to inspection and clearance by the Jamaica Customs Agency.

3. Barrel Shipping Policy
Barrels must be declared as either Food or Non-Food prior to shipment.
Pricing varies based on barrel classification.

CRX Logistics reserves the right to inspect and reclassify any barrel where necessary.

Any misclassification may result in additional charges.

4. Customs Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, GCT (General Consumption Tax), and any other government charges.
All applicable fees must be paid before packages can be released.

5. Prohibited & Restricted Items
Customers must not ship illegal, hazardous, or restricted items under Jamaican law.
CRX Logistics reserves the right to refuse, return, or dispose of such items without liability.

6. Fees & Payments
All shipping, handling, customs-related, and additional service fees must be paid in full prior to collection or delivery.
Delivery is offered as an additional service and is charged separately based on location.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Delivery Policy
Delivery is available at an additional cost based on location.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
Failed or missed deliveries may result in additional charges or rescheduling fees.

8. Package Collection & Storage Policy
• Customers are required to collect packages shipped using air freight within 10 days and sea freight within 5 days after notification(via call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email).
• Packages not collected within this period will incur a storage fee of JMD $50.00 per day, unless prior communication has been made and approved.
• Packages uncollected after 30 days will be considered abandoned and may be sold or disposed of to recover outstanding fees.
• CRX Logistics shall not be held liable for any loss resulting from such action.

9. Liability
CRX Logistics is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of items during transit unless insurance coverage is requested and paid for.

We are also not responsible for:
• Damage due to improper packaging
• Delays caused by shipping schedules or customs processing
• Seizure or inspection by customs authorities
• Customers are encouraged to declare accurate values for all shipments.

10. Customer Responsibility
• Customers must ensure all shipment details are accurate and complete, including full name, shipping address, TRN (if required), and contact information.
• Any package received without accurate or sufficient identifying details will be placed in an “Unknown Package” holding area until ownership is verified.
• An identification and processing fee of $10 USD will be charged to locate, verify, and release such packages.
• CRX Logistics will not be liable for delays, additional costs, or issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or missing information.

11. Claims & Disputes
Claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of collection.
Claims must include valid supporting evidence (receipts, photos, invoices, etc.).
All claims are subject to review and final decision by CRX Logistics.

12. Amendments
CRX Logistics reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior
